Oak City Design, was founded by Dan Norton in early 2024 when his passion for woodworking and making furniture for family and friends progressed into an obsession with improving his craft, sourcing the most beautiful slabs and creating higher and higher quality.  The name gives a nod to the city of oaks, Raleigh North Carolina where Dan and his wife Sharon have called home for over 24 years.
